Six years ago, we moved into our space with the intention of starting a multimedia company and visual art gallery. Our original crew and plan changed many times over the next couple of years but in March of 2002, we officially opened the doors to Punch Gallery. We were still unclear as to the long term plan but posted the following mission statement on the new Punch Gallery website.

"Punch Gallery is an open space for artists to express themselves free from the constraints found in many other galleries. We will feature urban art art in all of its forms; film, paintings, visuals, music, and performance by both established and up-incoming artists. Our mission is to encourage and promote new forms of expression and build a community dedicated to pushing the boundaries."

Looking back, its clear that we accomplished our goal.
